When will I receive my order?
The processing of your order, the manufacturing of the products and the delivery (free of charge) require our team a delay of 15 to 30 working days maximum. We do everything possible to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our merchandise.

How much does delivery cost?
We deliver our products all over the world. There is no minimum quantity required per order and all our deliveries are free of charge (except for DOM-TOM).
My order is not complete
If your order includes several items, it is possible that they will be sent separately, depending on available stocks and shipping warehouses. Don't worry, your package will arrive shortly.

I wish to return an item
Our products undergo strict quality controls before each shipment. However, if your products have any kind of manufacturing defect,
please send us a picture of the product in question (in the original packaging if possible) to email@example.com with your order number. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
